I've been eating lots of eggs lately. Eggs with salsa. Eggs with spinach. Eggs hard-boiled.I'm trying something out with my eating. I am taking out pretty much all carbs and increasing the amount of protein that I get. I don't know all the science behind it, but it is supposed to help you lose weight and just feel better all around.
I've gained quite a bit of weight in the last year from a combination of medications I've been taking. My weight has leveled off, but I still feel bloated and quite sluggish.
I'm going to try and use this space to document what I'm eating so I can appreciate what goes into my body.
I am taking more time to eat my food and taking more time to prepare my food.
