Complete
" My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience, and let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing." ~James 1:2-4
I am learning to rejoice even in the midst of pain. Even when we can't hear God, He is still right beside us holding our hand. When we walk through the desolate valleys He is there. His love for us never changes. Recently, God has carried me through some very dark times, and right now the warmth of His love is shining on my face.
God desires completeness. Completeness in our relationship with Him. Completeness in our relationahips with others. And completeness in our own hearts. We come to God with broken and missing pieces, but He fills us. Fills us to overflowing. When we come through a trial our perspective is transformed. Roots of His love and grace push deeper down into the depths of our hearts.
