I love smoothies during the summer. Sometimes I eat them for every meal.
This morning I made this creation:
1/2 c. plain yoghurt
1 c. soy milk
3/4 c. blueberries
1/4 c. frozen peaches
1 c. spinach (!)
2 T. flaxseed meal
dash of cinnamon
Whirl it all together in a blender, and within seconds you have sweet, healthy breakfast.
Oh, did I mention that it is gluten free...
